EHRV-SD Series

 

SD series have more patterns for selectable coordinate with difference condition, which can be installed independently in any enclosed area which is without fresh air, for example office, classroom, clinic etc.

Construction

An internally insulated rectangular galvanized steel enclosure containing a belt driven stainless rotary wheel housing have six removable sectors of core material for enthalpy exchange. Two sets of aluminum pre-filters are fitted on the air inlets of the unit.

Construction

An internally insulated rectangular galvanized steel enclosure containing a belt driven stainless rotary wheel housing six removable sectors of core material for heat/humidity exchange. Two sets of washable type panel filters are fitted on the air inlets of the unit. The rotor will be supported by bearing which can be maintained or replaced without removal of the rotor from its casing or heat transfer media from the unit.

Reminder on design stage

  • The ratio of fresh air and exhaust air must be 1:1 to obtain the best recovery efficiency. Otherwise, the excess of fresh air or exhaust air must by pass.
  • The face velocity of fresh airside and exhaust airside must below 2.5m/s to obtain the best recovery efficiency.
  • Two fans built-in for SD series.
  • Optional blowers for RP series must be installed on exhaust & supply airside.
  • All models can be tailor made to suit for different project.
